These days protein energy bars are available everywhere and used as a workout snack. Here are some homemade protein bar recipes that you can try at home.

Ingredients Vanilla essence - 1 tsp Peanut butter - 1 cup Granola - 1/2 cup

Peanut Butter Bar

Melt the peanut butter on a pan until it turns semi-liquid. Take the granola in a bowl. Add peanut butter and vanilla essence. Mix everything well. Cool for a while and enjoy.

Ingredients Classic rolled oats and protein powder - 1 or 2 cups Milk and cocoa powder - 1/3 cup Dates and peanut butter - 1/2 cup Cranberries (dried) - 3/4 cup

Cranberry Dates Bar

Take peanut butter, rolled oats, dates, protein, and cocoa powder in a container. Blend it well. Add them to a bowl along with milk and cranberries. Press all the mix on the oil-lined tray evenly. Refrigerate for some time and then slice into bars.

Ingredients Butter and maple syrup - 1 or 2 tbsp Granola - 2 cups

Granola Energy Bar

In a large bowl, add granola. Now add maple syrup and butter of your choice. Mix ingredients well and form the mixture into square shapes. Refrigerate them and enjoy.
