37 dead in strike on UN school in Gaza, Israel says used by Hamas
At least 37 people were killed in an Israeli strike on a UN-run school in Gaza.
The Israeli military claimed the school housed a "Hamas compound".
The strike occurred in the Nuseirat area of central Gaza.
Israel accuses Hamas of using civilian infrastructure, including schools and hospitals, as operational centers, a claim Hamas denies.
The Al-Aqsa Martyrs hospital received the bodies of the victims.
Hamas condemned the attack as a "new crime" against their people and called for international pressure on Israel to stop such actions.
