Wash the mushrooms and boil them in water till they are soft. Take a pan and add butter and garlic. Add these boiled mushrooms, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook it on a medium flame for 10 minutes.

Cut boneless chicken into small pieces. Season with salt, black pepper, soya sauce, corn flour, and egg white. Then deep fry the chicken pieces till golden fry. Saute lots of garlic in lots of butter. Add green chillies, spring onion, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, and vinegar. Make gravy with corn flour slurry. Toss in the fried chicken pieces and cook.

Wash the prawns, add the garlic paste and mix well. Marinate them and leave for some time. Heat oil in a wok, add prawns for a minute, and take them out. Add the chopped garlic leaves, onion, vinegar, soy sauce, and cornflour (blended in water). Add the prawns, let them heat through, and serve.
