4-Ingredient Mango Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

Digestive biscuits - 1.5 cup Melted butter - 1/4 cup Mango - 2 cups Vanilla ice cream - 1 cup

Step 1

Crush the digestive biscuits in a bowl until they turn into fine crumbs. Add the melted butter to it and combine well.

Step 2

Transfer this biscuit mix to a glass dish and press it down evenly using the back of a spoon. Place it in the freezer for a few minutes to set.

Step 3

Make a puree of the mango slices using a processor. Add this puree to a bowl of melted vanilla ice cream and mix well.

Step 4

Arrange a layer of fresh mango slices on top of the biscuit layer and pour the prepared puree over it.

Step 5

Decorate it with crushed biscuits and mango slices. Allow it to sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours. Once done, serve chilled.
