Chicken Biryani  

Marinated chicken n a blend of yoghurt and spices, layer it with fragrant Basmati rice, saffron, caramelised onions, and a medley of whole spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. Simmer it to perfection. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, and fried onions.

 Lemon Rice 

Cook the rice and add the tempering of oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and lemon juice. Pour it over the cooked rice and enjoy.

Khichdi

Simmer rice and lentils together, with added vegetables and spices of your choice. It is often served with a dollop of ghee, yoghurt, or pickle.

Vegetable Pulao

Cook rice with your choice of veggies like peas, potato, carrots, beans and paneer. Add some spices like cumin seeds, haldi, bay leaf, black cardamom, salt, red chilli powder and more. Serve with curd or pickle.
