Mix digestive biscuits and butter in a food processor. Take a tin, press the crumble mix to form the base, and put it in the fridge to set. Whisk cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and icing sugar together in a bowl. Layer the biscuit base with this mix. Put the tin back into the fridge. After 6 hours, spread the black cherry preserve evenly over it.
