Butter Chicken with Quinoa
Cook chicken in a pan with onion, garlic, tomatoes, and some spices. Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. Add some cooked quinoa to the bowl and top it with butter chicken.
Quinoa Idli
Just replace the regular idli flour for the batter with quinoa flour. Steam these idlis and serve with sambhar and coconut chutney.
Quinoa Oats Dhokla
Mix oats and quinoa with yoghurt, salt, Eno, oil, and water for a thick perfection. Now, steam it to perfection. Add the tempering of curry leaves, mustard seeds, and red chillies.
Quinoa Upma
Replace the sooji from the regular upma recipe with quinoa. Cook the quinoa with some mixed veggies and aromatic spices.
Quinoa Chicken Recipe
Marinate chicken in curd, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, and salt. Heat some oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, anise, cardamom, cloves, ginger-garlic and chopped onions. Add the marinated chicken along with tomatoes, green chillies, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and black pepper. Add quinoa and pour in water. Let it cook for some time.
