Apart from eating just as a fruit, bananas can be used to make healthy, wholesome breakfast meals. Here are five banana recipes to make under 30 minutes.
Add yogurt, flax seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, honey, and bananas in a blender. Blend it well. Transfer it to a glass and garnish it with walnuts.
Rolled oats, milk, spinach, banana, eggs, and cinnamon made into a batter and tossed over a pan. Serve with a side of nut butter or fresh fruits.
Soak the oats in water for a few minutes and chia seeds in another bowl. Take a pan, heat the milk, and add banana, dates, almonds, and cinnamon. Add the saffron thread to the milk. After 30 seconds, add the oats and cook with the milk.
Prepare foster French toast batter by mixing egg, milk, refined flour, and sugar in a bowl. Now, take 2 bread slices and spread hazelnut spread on them. Take a pan, add some butter, and place the coated sandwich in it. Grill the sandwich on both sides.
Take a pan, and toast the oats till they turn light brown. Add water and cook oats. Add milk and cook further. Now, pour the warm oats porridge into a bowl and top it neatly with banana, peanut butter, hazelnut spread, nuts, and seeds.
