Prepare a base curry of onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, spices, and herbs. Add chopped bhindi to this mix and cook until tender. Serve it with some soft roti or phulka.

Chop bhindi and saute them in a saucepan with oil until cooked. Grind tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chillies, curd, cloves, green cardamom, and cinnamon. Add oil, tej patta and onion in a kadhai. Season it with spices. Add the tomato-curd paste and cook. Add the cooked bhindi and simmer it for some time. Serve it with chapati.

Toss halved ladyfingers with spices like amchur, chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, and more. Add besan, rice flour, and water to it. Now, deep fry and serve.

Slit bhindi lengthwise on one side. For masala mix turmeric, ginger paste, chopped coriander leaves, dry mango powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, ajwain, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, and asafoetida. Now, stuff the masala mix through the bhindi. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and stir-fry the stuffed bhindi. Add lemon juice and mix well.

Heat some oil in a pan and saute bhindi. Add chopped onion, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder to it. Mix it well and add curd. Take another pan and heat some oil. Add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, and urad dal. Pour this tempering over the bhindhi. Cook it for some time and serve.
