Mango Black Rice Bowl
Cook black rice and transfer them to a bowl. Add roasted bell pepper, diced mangoes, and pickled onions. You can also drizzle lemon juice and olive oil concoction on the top of it.
Mediterranean Black Rice Bowl
Pour some chickpea curry, diced cherry tomatoes, olives, and chopped onion over the cooked black rice.
Thai Black Rice and Shrimp Bowl
Prepare black rice and saute shrimp with your preferred spices and herbs. Prepare Thai dressing with soy sauce, lime juice, chilli, garlic, and ginger. Garnish it with peanuts and coriander leaves.
