Chicken is scrubbed with lemon juice, salt, chilli powder, and turmeric and marinated in a yoghurt-based marinade made by combining yoghurt with chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, and kasoori methi. After this, it is cooked on high heat on a charcoal grill.
