Masale Bhaat

Vangi Bhaat
Vangi bhaat is made with rice, brinjal, spices, tamarind, and a special masala blend that includes roasted sesame seeds, groundnuts, and coconut.
Phodnicha Bhaat
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, chopped onion, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Now, add cooked rice to this mix. Lastly, add a pinch of sugar and lemon juice. Stir it well and serve.
Matar Bhaat
Add oil, cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, chopped onion, garlic green chili paste, coriander powder, goda masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder to a pressure cooker. Now, add washed and soaked rice to this mix. Add matar and salt and cook it for 2 whistles.
Til Gul Bhaat
