Bajra Dalia
Pressure cook bajra, moong dal, rice, water and a pinch of salt. Next, transfer the mixture to a Kadhai and continue cooking until it begins to boil.
In a pan, heat ghee with jeera and hing. Then, add onions, carrots, tomatoes, spinach, turmeric, red chili powder and salt. Combine this mixture with the prepared dalia.
Heat ghee in a pan and roast dalia till golden brown. In a pressure cooker, roast bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves and black peppercorns in 1 tbsp ghee.
Veg Masala Dalia
Saute onions, roast beans, peas, carrots, and potatoes. Add red chilli, turmeric, salt, pulao masala, dalia and 5 cups water. Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Chicken Oats Dalia
Cut the chicken into small pieces and heat the oil in a pan. Saute cumin seeds, bay leaves, ginger and garlic.
Add green chillies and chicken. Mix it. Add oats, spices and 2 cups of water. Cook till the chicken is done.
First, wash and pressure cook green gram dal and wheat rava in separate vessels. Then add ghee, turmeric and hing to the dal.
Dalia Pongal
In a pan, saute cashews in ghee and keep it aside. Now, saute curry leaves, cumin seeds, peppercorns, and ginger. Add cooked wheat rava, dal, salt and mix.
Dry oatmeal until it becomes fragrant. Slowly incorporate 3-4 cups of water while continuously stirring. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer briefly.
Oatmeal Dalia
Add water according to your preference. Next, incorporate milk and sugar to your liking. To achieve a lump-free consistency, be sure to stir continuously while adding water.
