Egg Tomato Salad
Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, and garlic in a bowl. Add the boiled eggs, then throw in the salt, black pepper, and olive oil and give everything a good mix.
Green Bean Salad with Eggs
Cook beans in water for some time. Drain well, toss the beans in olive oil, and allow it to cool. Heat the butter in a pan, add the breadcrumbs, and fry until they turn golden. Add the chopped parsley and then grate in the egg. Place the beans in a shallow box and spoon on the breadcrumb topping.
Breakfast Salad
Heat olive oil in a pan and saute the sausages and potatoes for a few minutes. Add the red chilli and cook. In another pan, add olive oil and fry 2 eggs, sunny side up on low heat. Place them on the platter. For dressing, shake lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, honey, and extra virgin olive oil in a jar. Pour it on the veggies and serve.
Warm Frisee Salad
In a pan saute the scallions and shiitakes for a few minutes along with extra virgin olive oil. Add Dijon mustard and deglaze with citrus juices. Whisk in extra virgin olive oil and truffle oil. Take frisee in a large bowl and pour hot vinaigrette over the salad to wilt. Top salad plates with poached egg and serve.
Egg Chaat Salad
Mix tomato ketchup, tomato chili sauce, tamarind extract, lemon juice, roasted cumin, green chili, and salt. On a plate, cut the boiled egg into two and spread the chutney over the boiled egg. Sprinkle some chopped spring onion, garam masala, and boondi over the eggs. Serve it.
