It is a kind of upma which is commonly made in Karnataka. Wash the poha and drain the excess water. Prepare an onion-tomato base with peanuts and gram dal. Add poha, squeeze some lemon juice, and serve.

It is a quick and easy poha recipe. Chop onions and potatoes and saute them in a pan. Add poha and season it with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and other common spices.

This is a desi version of scrambled eggs with loads of spices. You can pair it with your plain or toasted bread slices.
