Bread Upma

Cut bread slices into small cubes. Heat some oil in a pan, and put mustard seeds, chana dal, and urad dal. Add chopped onions, curry leaves, green chillies, ashew nuts, spices, and chopped tomatoes and cook. Now, add bread cubes with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve.

Bread Cheela

Dip bread in a batter made of besan, green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, pepper, and some garam masala. Now, pour some oil into a pan and cook this bread. Pair it with green chutney and serve.

Sooji Toast

Add sooji, curd, water, veggies, chilli, garlic, and salt to a bowl. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Cut bread slices diagonally. Heat butter in a pan and place the slices. Once the bread is slightly toasted, flip it. Smear the batter on the top side of the bread. Pour the batter on the other side. Cook the bread on both sides. Serve with green chutney or sauce.

Tadka Bread

Heat the oil in a pan and add onion, mustard seeds, chillies, tomatoes, turmeric, and salt. Pour in the yoghurt and lemon juice. Crumble some bread slices and add to this mix. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve.
