Now that Sawan is over, you can indulge in your favourite non-vegetarian food without guilt. Here are some easy and light non-veg recipes you can include in your post-sawan meals.
Fish Tikka
Fish tikka is boneless and prepared by marinating seafood in a blend of regional spices and curd. Later, the fish is either baked or grilled until the surface is charred.
Chicken Wrap
Marinate chicken breasts in a mixture of curd, spices, and lemon juice. Grill them and cut them into slices. Saute spinach with butter and minced garlic. Spread your favourite sauces on a tortilla wrap and layer spinach and chicken. Roast the wraps and enjoy.
Stir-Fried Shrimp
Stir-frying shrimp with vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli.
Chicken Clear Soup
It is a vegetable and meat-based broth, add spices for light seasoning and enjoy this hydrating dish.
Lemon Garlic Prawns
Saute the prawns in garlic butter sauce, season with salt, and add fresh herbs on top.
