Suji Halwa
Roast the semolina in ghee until it’s golden brown. Add sugar and liquid to create a sweet, creamy mixture. Garnish it with nuts and raisins for added texture and flavour.
Gajar ka Halwa
Slow-cook carrots in milk until they are tender and the milk is reduced to a creamy consistency. Add sugar and ghee to enhance the flavour.
Besan Halwa
Roast besan in ghee until it develops a rich, toasty aroma. Add sugar and water/milk to create a thick and sweet halwa.
Lauki ka Halwa
Cook bottle gourd in milk until it softens and the milk reduces to a creamy consistency. Add sugar and ghee to enrich the dish.
Moong Dal Halwa
