Heat oil in a pan & add onions, bhindi and grated garlic.
Cover without stirring and cook. Season with salt for a unique twist.
Break an egg and remove its yolk. Heat oil, add curry leaves, chilli and pour over egg white.
Cook egg on both sides. Anda Kadi Patta is ready.
Slit a brinjal and stuff with chillies and garlic.
Roast, peel and mash. Season with salt, curry leaves and mustard oil.
Cut pumpkin into cubes. Saute cumin seeds and curry leaves in oil.
Add pumpkin, slit green chillies and curry leaves on top.
Boil dal with hing, ginger and ajwain. Add cow ghee, some lemon and salt.
Boil rice in drumstick water with ajwain. Mix and top with ghee, lemon and salt.
