You can make healthy desserts with ingredients, like grains, pulses, or fruits. Here are some easy millet dessert recipes you can try at home.
Take millet flour and all-purpose flour in equal proportions. Add dates, honey, and bananas to it. Mix it well and bake for some time.
Mix pear millet flour with jaggery powder and baking powder in a bowl. Add some ghee and mix it well. Prepare a dough from this mix. Now, take small portions from this dough and make bite-sized balls. Flatter them slightly and arrange them in a baking tray.
Roast some dry millet in a pan. Add some milk to the mix and let the millet boil. Once it thickens, add any natural sweetening agent of your choice to it. Add some dry fruits and nuts and refrigerate it for some time.
Mix millet flour with wheat flour. Add lots of coconut flakes, dry fruits, nutmeg, cardamom, jaggery powder, and desi ghee. Now, make bite-size balls of this mix.
Roast the millets with ghee in a pan. Add some water and keep it stirring. Add any sweetener of your choice and some dry fruits.
