Paneer Stir Fry
Heat oil in a pan, add sliced bell peppers and onions, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the diced paneer cubes and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
Paneer Bhurji
Add chopped onions and green chillies to a kadhai and sauté them for about a minute. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt and crumbled paneer. Cook it for a few minutes.
Chilli Paneer
Slice the green bell pepper, onion, and green chillies and add them to a heated pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add paneer cubes and stir fry for 2 minutes more.
Paneer Sandwich
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Now, spread green chutney. Place sliced fresh paneer, tomato, and cucumber and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill or toast the sandwich until golden brown.
Paneer Tikka
Mix yoghurt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Marinate paneer cubes in this mix and them to a heated pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn brown.
Paneer Salad
Add cucumber, tomato, red onion, bell pepper, and paneer cubes in a bowl. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over the salad. Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
