To make this crispy, delish treat you have to cut the paneer into cubes, coat it with spices and cornflakes, and then deep fry it in medium-heated oil.
A paneer tikki is a fusion of mashed potatoes and paneer, along with chillies and spices. It can be eaten with coriander chutney or tamarind chutney.
The paneer is cut into small or medium-sized pieces, then coated with thick gram flour or besan batter, and then deep-fried till it gets golden brown.
To make the recipe you have to slice the paneer and then marinate it with a batter of egg and refined flour. After that coat it with crushed cornflakes and deep fry it on medium flame.
The paneer lollipop is made up of vegetables, paneer, chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste and cornflour. You have to wrap this mixture on a stick and give it the shape of a lollipop. Then it is to be dipped in a batter made of black peppercorns, red chilli paste, cornflour refined flour, water and salt. Deep-fry it till it gets golden brown.
