Chamomile

The flowers of chamomile can be steeped to make tea. You can also use them to flavour jams, candies and ice creams.

Rose

Rose petals are aromatic and have a mild sweet flavour. You can eat them raw or add them in granola or various fruit or green salads.

Squash blossom

Zucchini flowers are bright yellow with a long and rounded bell shape. They can be eaten raw, stuffed, or fried. 

Pansy

Pansies have small blossoms in many colours like purple, blue and yellow. They can be added to desserts, such as pastries, cakes and cookies. 

Lavender

Lavender is known for its distinctive fragrance, which is acclaimed for its calming effects. You can add it to a variety of foods, including baked goods, infused syrups, herbal teas, dry spice rubs and herb mixtures.
