Moradabadi Dal
This dish is anointed after the city of Moradabad. It is said that this dish was foremost prepared by the Afghan ruler Murad Bakhsh in his kitchen.
Indori Poha
Named after the city of Indore, Indori poha is believed to have been created before 1947.
Hyderabadi Biryani
Hyderabad is called the city of Nizams. And biryani was first made in the kitchen of the Nizam rulers of Hyderabad, after which this dish became popular in the whole country.
