Mix grated radish with spices and radish greens, red chilli powder, green chillies. Stuff this mix in a dough made with gram flour and wheat flour. Roll out theplas and cook them on tawa with ghee.
Mix chopped methi or fenugreek leaves with mild spices and salt. Stuff this mix in a dough made with gram and wheat flour. Roll out theplas and cook them on tawa.
To make these theplas, mash eggplant with some spices and stuff it in a dough made with gram and wheat flour.
Cooked rice, besan, carrots, ginger, onion, turmeric, and coriander leaves combine to make this breakfast thepla.
Mix grated carrot, chopped cabbage, and onion in a bowl. Now, add green chillies, mint leaves, cumin powder, and salt to taste. Knead a dough of wheat and gram flour along with some oil and water. Following the regular recipe for theplas, stuff this mix of cabbage, carrot, and pudina mix in the dough, roll them out and cook with some ghee or oil.
