5 Healthy Juices You Can Have For Breakfast

Strawberry Juice

To make it, blend strawberries, sugar, and a bit of lime juice in a blender until it’s smooth. Adjust the sugar and lime to your taste.

Pineapple Juice

For pineapple juice, peel and chop the pineapple, then put it in a blender. You can add some sugar (if you like it sweeter) and ice cubes.

Watermelon Juice

Just scoop the watermelon into a blender and blend for about thirty seconds. If you like it as it is, you don’t need to strain it.

Orange Juice

First, peel the oranges. Add the orange segments in a blender. Run it on low to medium speed for several seconds. Set a strainer over a bowl, and pour in the juice. 

Carrot Juice

Wash the carrots, peel the skin, and cut into cubes. Add ginger to the blender for flavour. Squeeze in some lemon for a tangy taste. Blend everything with cold water.
