Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth. Simmer for 20 minutes, then blend until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
Saute onions, carrots, and celery, then add chopped cabbage, garlic, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and simmer until the cabbage is soft. Add pepper and parsley and enjoy.
Saute garlic, onions, and sliced mushrooms until they are soft. Now add salt, pepper, and oregano and cook it for 5 minutes. Blend the mixture and cook 1/2 tbsp of cornflour mixed in 1/2 cup of milk. Add the mushroom mix to it and cook it for a few minutes.
