Minced chicken and dice yellow or sweet onions, cube bell peppers, and zucchini, chop garlic, and ginger. Heat oil in a wok, sauté the vegetables until they soften. Add the minced chicken and once it is no longer pink in shade add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and fish sauce. Add a drizzle of honey and garnish with green onions.
Take a skillet, and sauté the minced chicken until cooked through. Add onions, garlic, and ginger, cooking until fragrant. Stir in coconut milk and let it simmer. Add Thai basil or regular basil for a burst of flavour. Serve with steamed rice.
Combine minced chicken with panko breadcrumbs, cilantro, egg, garlic, and chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce. Form into small balls and cook in an air fryer until golden brown.
Mix minced chicken with grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Form into a pizza crust and bake until golden. Top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella, then broil until the cheese melts.
