Try this 5-ingredients gluten-free brownie recipe to make at home and also serve to your guests.
Ingredients
Unsalted Butter- 10 gm
Castor Sugar - 10 gm
Brown Sugar - 5 gm
Vanilla Essence - 0.5 gm
Eggs - 1 no
Cocoa Powder - 5 gm
Almond Powder - 20 gm (optional)
Step 1
Melt butter, castor sugar and brown sugar in a double boiler and keep it on the side for cooling.
Step 2
Mix eggs, cocoa powder, almond powder and vanilla essence at a slow
speed.
Step 3
Mix well so that no lumps are formed.
Step 4
Add butter mixture slowly and mix on medium speed till it forms a smooth mixture.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 160’C and grease the baking tray.
Step 6
Pour the brownie mixture into the tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Once baked keep for cooling and cut into equal portions.
