Mangoes are a much-loved summer delight. Try these 5 mango recipes at home in under 30 minutes.
Heat ghee in a pan, and roast dry fruits, once they start turning brown. Now, roast vermicelli, add milk, and boil vermicelli till almost cooked. Add cardamom powder and sugar. Mix well and add roasted dry fruits. Make mango puree and add it to the sewiyan. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least one hour, before serving.
Add shredded coconut, oats, coconut milk, diced mangoes, castor sugar, dry fruits, honey, and cardamom powder to a bowl. Cover and leave it overnight. Serve it the next morning.
Take a pan, and add sesame oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal, and green chilli to it. Add curry leaves, asafoetida, and turmeric powder. Grate raw mango and cook the rice. Add the tempering and grated mango with salt to the cooked rice. Mix it well and serve.
Mix diced raw mango, hing, jeera powder, chilli powder, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Keep in an airtight jar.
In a blender, add ripe mango, Greek feta cheese, and white wine vinegar. Blend it well till it turns out smooth. Store this dip in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days.
