Breakfast is often considered the most important meal of the day. Here are some 5-minute breakfast recipes you can try for busy days.

Masala Omelette

Whisk eggs with chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, and a pinch of turmeric and salt. Cook it in a pan and serve with whole grain toast or paratha.

Upma

Cook sooji with vegetables and season with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chillies. Enjoy this light and tasty breakfast.

Poha

Temper mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions, and green chillies in hot oil. Add soaked poha and toss it with turmeric, salt, and a squeeze of lemon juice. 

Fruit Yogurt Parfait

Layer creamy yoghurt with fresh fruits like mangoes, bananas, and berries. Top it with crunchy granola or nuts.

Vegetable Sandwich

Layer sliced vegetables like cucumber, tomatoes, and lettuce between whole-grain bread slices. You can also use a spread of mint chutney or hummus to amp up the taste.
