Navratri is a joyous festival that is incomplete without delicious food. Here's an easy recipe to make kuttu dosa in 5 minutes.
Ingredients
Boiled Potatoes (for filling) - 2
Rock Salt (according to taste)
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 10
Roasted Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Mango Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves (a handful)
Chopped Green Chillies - 1 tbsp
Buckwheat Flour (kuttu ka atta) - 4 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Step 1
(For filling)
Add a tablespoon of ghee to a pan (medium heat). Add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, and roasted peanuts.
Step 2
Add two mashed
boiled potatoes
, rock salt and black pepper. Add chopped coriander leaves and mango powder.
Step 3
Mix everything well, and the filling is ready.
Step 4
(For dosa)
Take kuttu ka atta in a bowl. Add rock salt to taste and keep adding water in a small amount to prepare a mixture.
Step 5
Keep the pan on medium flame. Sprinkle some water to reduce the temperature and lower the flame.
Step 6
Add a spoonful of kuttu batter to the pan and spread it on the surface in circular motions. Keep on increasing the flame slowly.
Step 7
Grease the dosa gently with ghee or olive oil. Put the filling on the dosa.
Step 8
Once it turns brown on the other side, take it out on the plate. Serve it with your favourite chutney.
