5-Minutes Paneer Curry Recipe

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

Add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir and cook the spices for 1 minute.

Add paneer cubes and mix well. Add a splash of water and cook for 2 minutes.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with roti or naan.
