Batata Vada

Batata Vada is one of the most famous street foods. It comprises a mashed potato filling infused with a host of spices, such as coriander, green chillies, and turmeric.

Poha

Poha is cooked with mustard seeds, onions, and a bevy of spices, including turmeric and green chillies. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and grated coconut.

Thalipeeth

Thalipeeth is composed of various roasted grains, legumes, and spices, including chana dal, urad dal, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, wheat, bajra, and rice.

Varan Bhaat
