For vegetarians looking to add more protein to their diet, paneer can be an excellent addition to meals. Here are five paneer curry recipes you can try at home.
The paneer is cubed and simmered in a flavorful sauce made with onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and spices like cumin, coriander, garam masala, and turmeric. Serve it with naan, roti, or rice, and garnish with coriander leaves.
Cut paneer into cubes. Take a pressure cooker and add the cumin seeds, onion paste, and ginger-garlic paste. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, garam masala, tandoori masala, sugar, and salt. Add paneer cubes and kasoori methi. Add rice and cook for one whistle.
