Chana Masala
This North Indian dish can give you a satisfying and flavourful experience. Boil some soaked chickpeas and cook them in a tomato and onion-based gravy with a handful of spices.
Paneer Tikka
Marinate paneer with curd and ginger-garlic paste and add some spices like garam masala, red chilli powder, and turmeric. Take onions, tomatoes, and capsicum chopped in squares and thread on skewers. Now, bake or grill till they get golden brown.
Sprouts Salad
Sprouted beans are an excellent source of proteins. Soak some beans for a few days till they sprout. Drain them and add the sprouts, chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and sweet corn in a bowl. Mix them with salt, pepper, and some lime juice.
Soya Keema
Soak some soya granules in water for some time. Sauté some chopped onion, tomato, and green chillies in a pan. Add the soaked soya granules to the pan and cook. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti.
