Aam Chutney
Grate ripe mangoes and cook them with some powdered sugar, red chilli powder, cumin powder, vinegar, and just a little salt. Stir it till the chutney thickens. Garnish with melon seeds.
Lehsun Chutney
Roast raw garlic cloves with ghee and spices like red chilli powder, curry patta, cumin seeds, and salt. Blend all these ingredients.
