Egg Curry

Take boiled eggs in a bowl and marinate them in ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Saute them in a pan. Now, add onion, ginger-garlic paste, tomato, and some spices in a pan and cook sauted eggs.

Aloo Paratha

Prepare a spicy filling of mashed potatoes with coriander, chillies, and other spices. Make a soft wheat dough. stuff the filling in it. With a rolling pin, flatten the balls and make parathas. Cook them in a pan with ghee/oil.

Masala Vegetable Khichdi

Take a pressure cooker, and add ghee, and whole spices like bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and jeera. Now, add ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions, tomatoes, and chopped veggies. Add haldi, red chili powder, and salt and mix well. Add rice and 3 cups of water and pressure cook for 4 whistles.

 Soya Pulao

Soak soya chunks in hot water for 15 minutes. Add ghee, jeera, bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and spices to a pressure cooker. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and soaked soya chunks and veggies. Now, add rice and some water. Pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
