Gond Katira Shikanji

Soak gond katira in a bowl for some time. After some time, transfer it to a large jug and add lemon juice, desi khaand, soaked chia seeds, jeera powder, black salt, and water. Add ice cubes and mix well. Serve it chilled.

Mango Shikanji

Blend mangoes and form a smooth puree. Strain it through a strainer. Add it to a glass and add lemon juice, black salt, sugar, jeera powder, water, and ice. Give it a nice stir. Season it with chaat masala and serve chilled.

Watermelon Shikanji

Blend the chopped watermelon until smooth. Strain the watermelon juice through a fine-mesh sieve. Add the lemon juice, honey or sugar, black salt, and roasted cumin powder. Add chilled water, and some ice cubes and serve.

Blend pineapple chunks and sugar together. Strain the pulp and add lemon juice to it. Take a glass, add some salt, black salt, roasted jeera powder, chilled water, and chaat masala. Add the pineapple syrup, mint leaves, and ice cubes.
