Heat ghee in a pan and mustard seeds and urad dal. Add onions, curry leaves, cashew nuts, and green chillies. Add sooji and water to it. Keep stirring the mix. Mix well and garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves.
Prepare stuffing in a pan by cooking boiled potatoes with salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, and coriander leaves. Add gram flour, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, ajwain, rice flour, and some water in a bowl. Take slices of bread, spread potato filling, and add paneer slices in between. Dip it in gram flour batter and deep fry.
