Everyone’s main concern nowadays is how to lose weight. Here are some seed water recipes that can help reduce weight.
Chia seed water
Combine 1 tablespoon of chia seeds with 1 cup of water and some lemon slices. Let it sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Sabja seed water
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of sabja seeds in 1 cup of warm water for 15-20 minutes. You can eat the seeds once they have swollen.
Pumpkin seed water
Place a handful of pumpkin seeds in a glass jar or pitcher. Add filtered water and let them soak overnight.
Flax seed water
Take a cup of water and add some flaxseeds to it. Cover with a lid and let it sit until morning. In the morning, strain the liquid and drink on an empty stomach.
Coriander seed water
Soak 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds in a glass of water overnight and consume it empty stomach in the morning.
