Malai Ladoo
Mix grated coconut with desi ghee in a pan. Now, transfer this to a separate bowl and add some crushed almonds and cashews. Add leftover malai and jaggery powder to this mix. Mix everything and give it the shape of a small ball.
Malai Salad
Cut different types of fruits, such as bananas, apples, kiwis, and more in a bowl. Now, add malai to the bowl. Add honey and cinnamon powder, along with vanilla essence.
Malai Fruit Bar
Melt some white chocolate and mix it with malai. Now, add some finely chopped blackberries and blueberries to it. Add a little bit of honey and mix it well. Put parchment paper on the top of a tray, pour the mix and refrigerate.
Malai Rabri
Heat milk and malai in a pan. Once milk starts thickening properly and reduced by half add sugar, saffron, and cardamom powder Let it simmer until you get the desired consistency.
Malai Kulfi
Mix condensed milk, malai, and milk in a pan. Heat all these ingredients at low flame. Add cardamom powder and some chopped nuts. Once the mixture properly thickens, pour it into kulfi cups and freeze them.
