Balenciaga was trolled for launching their limited edition “Paris Sneaker”, a pair of overly distressed sneakers for approximately Rs 1.4 lakh.
The fashion giant also came up with a pair of earrings that resemble shoelaces. The product, quite literally, features laces dangling from the ears bearing the Balenciaga logo. The price? Over Rs 20,000.
A very recent creation by Balenciaga is a wrap skirt that exactly looks like a terry-cloth towel. The piece from Spring 2024 collection is priced at $925 which is approximately Rs 77,000.
Balenciaga’s latest creation is a tape-inspired bracelet that was debuted at the Paris Fashion Week’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection. It has not been officially launched on the brand’s website as yet.
