Masala Toast
Saute finely chopped onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and green chilies in a pan. Add turmeric, cumin, and garam masala to the mix. Spread this mix onto slices of bread and top with grated cheese. Toast until the bread turns golden and the cheese melts.
Aloo Pyaaz Toast
Saute finely chopped onions until golden brown and mix them into the mashed potatoes. Season with salt, red chili powder, and chopped coriander leaves. Spread the mixture generously on bread slices and toast until they're crispy on the outside.
Coconut and Peanut Butter Toast
