Kashmiri cuisine is all about opulence. Here are five types of Kashmiri chutney recipes that you must try.

Mouj-e Choute

Grate radishes, add them to a bowl of curd, and beat it well. Now, add salt along with roasted cumin seeds, green chillies, red chilli powder, and green coriander.

Doon Chetin

Blend walnuts, salt, green chillies, fresh mint leaves, finely chopped onions, black cumin, thick curd, and red chilli powder. Enjoy it with fried snacks.

Gand Chetin

Thinly slice red onions along with green chillies, green coriander, black cumin, dry mint, red chilli powder, and organic vinegar. Mix them well, sprinkle some salt, and refrigerate before serving.

Kashir Tamatar Chetin

Dry roast spices, like cinnamon, cardamom, fennel seeds, and cloves. Add spices, like turmeric powder, curry leaves, and cumin seeds, to the pan. Add thinly sliced tomatoes to it and cook until they become mushy.

Choonth Chetin

Take a pan and add some diced apples along with sugar and water. Now, add chopped ginger and salt. Cook it on a low flame and add chilli powder and vinegar.
