Love experimenting with soups? This spicy watermelon soup is a must-try. Pureed watermelon, when blended well with fresh mint and sauteed with a ginger-garlic paste and chilli flakes, results in this wonderful dish. Serve it with ice cubes and mint for an extra boost of taste.
This unique curry is prepared by blending watermelon, mangoes, paneer and black beans. To add a savoury touch, mix it with some chillies and spices like garam masala, red chilli, turmeric, cloves, cardamom, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon and tomato puree. Do not forget to add a few drops of lime and fresh basil.
This easy and nutritious dish just takes a few ingredients including cashews, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and honey to be prepared. Cut the watermelons into pizza-like wedges and arrange the dry fruits on top, followed by sprinkling seeds for some added nutrients.
