Post waking up in the morning, sometimes, we are too lazy to make breakfast. Here are five veg recipes you can make for breakfast in under 15 minutes.
Scoop out the avocado's flesh into a bowl. Squeeze in the lemon juice then mash with a fork to your desired texture. Add sea salt, black pepper and. chilli flakes. Toast your bread, drizzle over the oil, and spread the mix on it.
Cut cucumber, onion, and capsicum into thin slices. Mix grated carrot, mayonnaise, and paneer. Smear 4 bread slices with some tomato sauce and sprinkle salt and pepper. Place the veggies on all of them. Add grated mix. Place cheese slices and grill.
Soak the poha in water and drain out the excess. Boil the milk with cardamom and bay leaf. Add the soaked poha and stir. Once, you get the desired consistency add jaggery or sugar. Add dry fruits and nuts. Mix it well and serve.
Pour curd into a bowl and add some water, sooji, besan, onion, tomatoes, green chillies, garlic, red chilli powder, and some salt. Heat some oil in a pan and spread the batter evenly. Cook from both sides till light brown. Serve hot.
Heat oil in a pan, add onions, curry leaves and green chilli, and chopped veggies. Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix it well. Add the bread pieces and mix well. After 2 to 3 minutes take it off the flame, squeeze a lemon and add some dry fruits and nuts.
