5 Ways to Have Honey for Weight Loss

Do you work hard at the gym and follow a strict diet but still can't shed those extra kilos? Here are some ways to have honey to lose weight.

Honey and Lemon Juice 

Heat some water in a pan and keep it aside to cool down. Squeeze in some lemon juice and add 1 tbsp of honey. Give it a mix and enjoy.

Honey and Milk 

 Combine honey with a glass of warm milk.

Honey and Warm Water 

 Mix 1 tbsp of honey in warm water and enjoy. 

 Honey and Cinnamon 

Heat some water and add a pinch of cinnamon powder. Add 1 tbsp, of honey, stir, and enjoy.  

Green Tea with Honey 

Consume green tea with honey. It can boost metabolism and speed up the fat-burning process.
