Chia seeds are very versatile, but do you know they may also be beneficial for your skin health? Here are 5 ways to use chia seeds for skincare.

Soak chia seeds overnight and the next day, mix them with equal parts honey or yoghurt. Apply it on your face for 10 minutes. Wash it off with water.

Mix soaked chia seeds with mashed banana or mashed avocado. Apply it for 15 minutes and rinse it off with water.

Add ground chia seeds to any organic oil like coconut oil in a bowl. Mix it well and gently scrub your face with it. Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash it with water.

Add soaked chia seeds to aloe vera gel, and apply on the skin for sunburn, skin sensitivity, and skin irritation.

Mix chia seeds with cucumber juice and soak for a few minutes, after which apply to a cotton eye pad and place on the eyes.
