Non-veg Food: Most people eat non-vegetarian foods like omelettes, chicken pakoras and many more items along with beer. But according to reports, highly calorie-dense and non-veg foods along with beer are not at all good for our health.
Spicy Food: Consuming spicy foods like chicken and mutton with beer or any other alcohol can also cause acid reflux problems. The stomach also gets bloated. Thus, the problems of gas and acidity increase further.
Bread: Beer and bread both contain yeast and our stomach cannot digest it if consumed in large amounts. This further leads to digestive problems.
Fries and Chips: As per reports, French fries and chips should be strictly avoided with beer. It contains a high amount of sodium. Taking these with beer can damage the digestive system.
Peanuts and Dry Fruits: Many people like to eat salted peanuts and dry fruits along with beer. However, reports suggest the salt in these can cause dehydration problems. This increases the problems of oedema and hypertension.
Chocolates: Eating dark chocolate is good for your health. However, having dark chocolate with beer can cause many problems. Chocolate contains high amounts of caffeine, cocoa, and fat. Consuming it with beer can lead to gastrointestinal problems.
